Lovebirds with Copper Foiling Invitation
We recently created this invitation for one of our couples Megan and David for their upcoming December wedding, and I must say it is definitely one of my current favourites!
Their invitation wording was printed on a teal coloured card to match the lovebirds on the front of the invitation. As you read the invitation, there is another lovebird couple printed on the inside flap continuing the theme. To close this invitation, (this is my favourite part!) one beak of the lovebirds tucks over the top of the other, this keeps the invitation closed! and creates the nestling lovebirds. You can see this in the following photos. Some of the leaves have been copper foiled, adding a little more depth and shine to the invitation and it’s then finished off with a matching ivory coloured envelope. So Sweet!
