Paw Print Gift Tags
When I was asked to put together a gift tag for Snooty Paws, an online pet boutique. I was excited at the prospect of using our new screen printing press! The brief was to create a simple ‘to:’ and ‘from:’ tag to be used as part of the gift wrapping service they offer their customers.
I took the paw from the Snooty Paws logo and incorporated it into a ‘to:’ and ‘from:’ gift tag. As we were doing a simple print on the tags I wanted to use something a little different to create the tag from and so chose raw boxboard. The boxboard has a nice natural look and as it’s such a thick card it won’t bend during transit to their customers!
When it came to printing the design, we used our new screen printing press which gave a lovely dabbled finish to the paws making them look a little more like a muddy print (even if they are green!).
