Celebrating Spring with Meringue!

By Shannon - Little Flamingo | September 11, 2009

What better way to celebrate the beginning of spring (and the weekend!) than with a couple of inspirational images. Taken at our wedding by one of my favourite photographers and friend Tim Pascoe and Scott Ebsary (aka Scottie-doo!) of Tim Pascoe Photography.

We used Meringue Ducks as guest favors and a dessert. Each duck created by Croissant D’or Patisserie was hand piped and finished with a coloured almond duck bill. This meant each duck had its own individual look…Nearly too good to eat!… I did say nearly!
